At Tulasi Clutches, we strive to ensure every product you receive is of the highest quality. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Requested within 3 days of delivery.

Note: Perishable goods such as certain dry fruits (if opened) cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
